FPSC Preliminary Test (MPT) 2022 Syllabus
The syllabus for the subjects included in the Preliminary Test are as per existing CSS CE Syllabus of Compulsory subjects (vide Annexure-B). The subjects of Civics & Ethics and Urdu have the following syllabi:

- Fundamental Human Rights
- Rights & Obligations of Non-Muslims under the Constitution of Pakistan1973.
- UN aim & Objectives, main Organs and Agencies.
ETHICS
- Human Values
- Role of family
- society & educational institutions towards inculcating universal moral values.
- Integrity, impartiality & non-partisanship, objectivity, dedication to public service, empathy, tolerance and compassion towards the weaker-sections.
- Emotional intelligence-concepts and application in administration/ governance.
