1	Chief Financial Officer	Master’s degree in Finance related disciplines from a university recognized by HEC	at least 10 years post-qualification experience
2	Chief Legal Officer	Master’s qualification (sixteen years of education) in Law or equivalent	at least 15 years of post-qualification experience
3	Chief Human Resource and Admin Officer	Master’s degree in Human Resource or equivalent from a university recognized by HEC	at least fifteen years of post-qualification experience
4	Chief Supply Chain Management Officer	: Master’s degree or equivalent qualification from any HEC-recognized university	at least fifteen years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field
5	Company Secretary	Master’s degree in Business or Finance or Commerce or Law from a University recognized by HEC	at least five years of post-qualification experience.
