Member of recognized body of professional Accountant (CA/ACMA/ACCA/ICAEW. Experience: minimum 15 years of ever all relevant experience in accountants.
2	Chief Internal Auditor	Qualification: The candidates must meet the criteria mentioned in public sector companies (Corporate Governance Rules 2013) amended up-to July 01, 2019. Member of recognized body of professional’s accountants (CA/ACMA/ACCA/ at least 15 years post-qualification experience.
3	Company Secretary	Qualification: The candidates must meet the criteria mentioned in public sector companies (Corporate Governance Rules 2013) amended up-to July 01, 2019. Member of recognized body of professional’s accountants
