Lead Manager (ERP Finance)	Qualification: Masters in Commerce, Economics, or MBA Finance with at least 14 years of experience (including 4 years as a Functional/Team Lead in ERP Environment). Relevant certification preferred.
Lead Manager (Database Administration)	Qualification: Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or IT with 10 years of ERP Database Administration experience (including 4 years as a Functional/Team Lead). Relevant certification preferred.
Deputy Lead Manager (Operations & Reporting)	Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or IT with at least 8 years of ERP Operations & Reporting experience. Relevant certification preferred.
Manager (Program Development)	Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering with at least 7 years of software development experience. Relevant certification preferred.
Manager (ERP HR/Payroll)	Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Science with at least 7 years of experience working on ERP modules. Relevant certification preferred.
Assistant Manager (Application & Mobile App Development Administration)	Bachelor’s in Computer Sciences/Engineering or Software Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in application administration. Relevant certification preferred.
